Allow me to introduce myself — Hi. I’m Robyn!

I’ve been passionate about art since grade school, but it took me a while to settle on the fact that I wanted to pursue a creative career. I dabbled in fine arts, science and even anthropology before settling on visual communications. My time studying biology, psychology, sociology and anthropology were actually all setting the stage for my eventual move towards user focused design. My analytical, detail oriented approach partnered with my natural eye for aesthetics and my creativity all allow me to excel in the field of design. My curiosity leads to meticulous user research, and my ability to empathize with users helps me produce quality experiences.

I studied and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BFA in Visual Communication, and a minor in Studio Art. I took supplementary photography, film and marketing classes outside of the ones required for my major.

In my spare time I love to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, walk my German Shepherd, surf San Diego’s beautiful coast, or seek out a new and exciting subject for my hobby of 35mm photography. On the (very rare) overcast days here, I sit back and enjoy a good book, or work on my most recent oil painting.
